Emory Parking Structure

Lyon Living tasked Neeser Construction with the Design&Build of this 324 stall parking structure in advance of the Residential Wrap (Emory) which would surround it. The concept was to start the parking structure early so there would be less interference with the residential. The design did include the future expansion of one floor which has not been used as of this date.

Replacement of the existing 23 classroom unit ventilators (UV), classroom sinks and cabinets, installing a new air cooled chiller, new chilled water plant housed in a new concrete block structure, all necessary chilled water piping and extension of the existing hydronic heating water piping to the new UV's and existing air handlers, new dedicated domestic water heater

This project involved re-modeling 4 separate buildings in a phased process which included extensive demolition, structural steel to completely change the support system for the roof structure, with interior buildout cresting numerous office, restroom, kitchen solar energy system, new plumbing, HVAC and flooring, ceramic tile, glass and glazing, ADA compliance, new roofing.

JOT Travis Lower Level Remodel

We completed a remodel of approximately 13,000 sq ft of classroom space in 71 calendar days. The project consisted of extensive demolition; build out of 2 new restrooms, HVAC, electrical and the construction walls to create 8 new classrooms. This was particularly challenging due to limited access and working hours and very tight schedule of 71 calendar days.
