JOT Travis Lower Level Remodel
We completed a remodel of approximately 13,000 sq ft of classroom space in 71 calendar days. The project consisted of extensive demolition; build out of 2 new restrooms, HVAC, electrical and the construction walls to create 8 new classrooms. This was particularly challenging due to limited access and working hours and very tight schedule of 71 calendar days.
