This project involved re-modeling 4 separate buildings in a phased process which included extensive demolition, structural steel to completely change the support system for the roof structure, with interior buildout cresting numerous office, restroom, kitchen solar energy system, new plumbing, HVAC and flooring, ceramic tile, glass and glazing, ADA compliance, new roofing.
