Replace two (2) boilers and system pumps with two (2) boilers, two (2) boiler pumps and two (2) system pumps (with VFDs). A new roof-mounted exhaust fan will be added. New lighting and painting for the Boiler Room. An emergency eye wash with tempering valve and associated cold and hot water piping will be added. Scope of Work for Classroom Wing HVAC: Remove six (6) fan coil units and six (6) roof-mounted condensing units. Ins tall six (6) new fan coil units and six (6) new roof-mounted condensing units. Patch former duct penetrations through classroom walls. Install new lay-in ceiling in Classrooms 14, 15, 16, & 17. Install new lay-in lighting fixtures. Provide fire protection for ceilings with lay-in ceilings. Relocate any existing electrical components that are interrupted by the new lay-in ceiling such as conduit, alarms, speakers, projectors, etc. Scope of Work for Pool Heater Replacement: Remove one (1) heating hot water to pool water heat exchanger and domestic water generator. Install one (1) gas fired pool heater back to existing pool water pumps and filters. Pool filtration to remain. Install new high efficiency domestic water heater. The pool addition vestibule ceiling is damaged from a roof leak. The existing pool vestibule and pool Mechanical Room ceilings are to be removed and a new ceiling will be installed in tho se areas. Lights, electrical accessories, fire protection and mechanical in those areas will be reinstall ed back in the ceiling. Scope of Work for Restroom Remodel: The fourteen (14) individual occupant classroom restrooms and seven (7) interconnecting hallways will be demolished. Fourteen (14) ADA compliant classroom restrooms will be constructed that include water closet, lavatory and adult sized changing table. The restroom design will be per WCSD requirements. Scope of Work for Pool Dehumidifier: Remove one (1) air handler (located above pool equipment room ceiling), one (1) fan coil unit and one (1) roof mounted condensing unit. Install new grade mounted Pool Room dehumidifier and provide new enclosure, convenience outlet and lights as indicated. Supply and return ductwork will be routed through Pool Room wall, provide wall patching and protection. One (1) new roof-mounted energy recovery ventilator and condensing unit will be added to the roof of the pool equipment room and new fan coil will duct from the ERV to the existing supply. This project has a 49 day start to finish for field work.
