History
Neeser Construction, formerly Bison Construction, is an industry leader in commercial and industrial public works construction, located in rural Washoe Valley, Nevada.
Jerry Neeser purchased Bison Construction in 2017 from former Owner & Vice President, John Martin. John currently works with Neeser Construction as a Senior Project Manager, offering over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. As Bison Construction’s founder, John worked since 1980 to build a solid foundation of working staff, financial security, and public relations in the Northern, Central and Rural Nevada communities.
Neeser Construction is comprised of folks who have the passion to learn and excel. These qualities were instilled in Jerry Neeser and his brothers, by their father, at a very young age. Construction was in their blood. In fact, all of the Neeser boys were born with the need to build things. By working in the construction business building schools, churches, and commercial buildings throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska and Nevada, Jerry has also learned the value of hard work and commitment, applying a “can-do” attitude in every situation, no matter how difficult.
Today Neeser employs many of the same individuals who started out with him. He only hires people who illustrate the highest integrity in their work. Everyone at Neeser Construction – project managers, estimators, accountants, field personnel, and office administrators – work to make Neeser Construction the company that commits and delivers.
