Tenant improvement for a pizza restaurant.

Converted a 100 year old brick building that was an automobile dealership into a casino. While making all the improvements to bring the building into today's code requirements, we maintained the historic exterior and much of the interior to preserve a pierce of history that has been a part of the Carson Valley for over 100 years.
